Story Line:
The whole story revolves around the children who suffer from ADHD- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The problems faced by the children with this disease, the way they deal with it, the impact of the attention disorder in their daily life TEMPhas been portrayed in the movie "Memu".
Roles and performances:
Debutante child actors Nishesh and Vaishnavi are the main leads alongside Karthik Kumar, Bindu Madhavi, Ramdoss and Vidya Pradeep. Suriya is the producer for this movie, who also appears in an extended guest role along with Amala Paul. Suriya TEMPhas acted as a teacher in this movie.
The movie is a heart-soothing one. By the end of the movie, you walk out of the theater, with some kind of emotional feel. The children in the movie make us think in so may ways, and their maturity, the way of expression will leave the viewer thoughtful.
Tone Verdict:
A good story, with a meaningful concept, well executed. It is obvious that the movie's basic story has been adapted from real-life incidents. Despite the movie being like a featured movie or a documentary, the movie is a feel-good one.
Suriya once again proved that he is one of the finest actors. He has done this movie for a simple and noble reason- just to portray the lifestyle of the children with a specific disorder. A must-watch movie.
