Maruti Clears the Air About Radha

A lot of rumors were being spread that the film 'Radha' was a script of writer Surendar Krishna and Maruti had allegedly copied it. It is heard that Surendar approached actor Venkatesh with this script where the hero was an MLA and falls in love. However, Venkateh is said to have forwarded this idea to Maruti and asked him to change the MLA character to Home Minister. But Maruti has fended off this accusal and it seems like the writer has even filed a case in the Writer's association. Maruti has clarified that the film is completely his own idea and that he has not copied a single shot out of the 80-scenes script. Maruti hopes to get a clean chit from the Writer's association and also requested media not to publish damaging and untrue information like this without consulting him.
