Lokesh Kanagaraj to bring Aamir Khan into LCU?

Lokesh Kanagaraj, one of the most popular directors of South Cinema, would be soon joining Atlee as another Tamil director to go to Bollywood. As per the recent reports, he is in talks with Aamir Khan for a film. While few reports suggest it is a standalone Superhero film, few suggest otherwise.

According to the buzz, Lokesh had been approached by Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan after they watched Kaithi. While SRK is still in discussions with many directors along with him, Aamir Khan liked an idea narrated by Lokesh, it seems. The story is rumored to be a Superhero film.

On the other hand, few insiders suggest that Lokesh has clearly mentioned that for at least few more years, he won't be coming out of LCU and hence, he might be introducing even bigger stakes in Kaithi 2 with Suriya and Karthi. They suggest that Aamir Khan could enter as International Don who can threaten entire LCU.

For now, the discussions are going on about their collabration but nothing has been concretely sealed. But the buzz is strong that Aamir Khan will appear in a cameo in Coolie starring Rajinikanth. Nagarjuna, Upendra, Shoubin Shahir are already part of the cast of this Mega Budget action flick.
