Kareena's income tax account hacked

According to the latest reports Kareena Kapoor Khan's income tax account was recently hacked and false returns have been filed from it. Kareena has filed a complaint at Cyber Crime Cell of the Mumbai Police against an unidentified person for allegedly hacking into her Income Tax account and filing a false return claim. The police has registered an offence under Section 419 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66C of the Information Technology Act.
The imposter is said to have hacked into her account in August and illegally uploaded the false income tax return for 2015-2016. When she went to file her income tax return for this year, she learnt that it has already been filed following which her CA Thakkar approached the Cyber police station with a written complaint based on which a FIR was registered.
Police sources said an FIR was registered on behalf of the actor by her chartered accountant Prakash Thakkar. Sources said Thakkar approached the BKC police station on Friday and told them someone used Kareena’s pan card number and password to file her income tax returns on the government website.
