Kalki 2 will be more about Prabhas - Nag Ashwin

Nag Ashwin made a big impression with his three films - Yevade Subhramanyam, Mahanati, Kalki 2898 AD. Now, his first film has completed 10 years and on this occasion, it is re-releasing on 21st March. So, he interacted with media about the movie and he talked about Kalki sequel as well.
He stated that he is not sure when Kalki 2 shoot will start. He stated that they are looking at second half of 2025 but he is not sure. He also stated that the date is movable and he is not in a hurry start. Ashwin stated that he is working on script and there is a lot of preparation work going on as well.
For another question related to Kalki 2, he stated that the movie will concentrate more on Prabhas characters Bhairava and Karna. He stated that whenever the movie starts, they will give full fledged updates. He stated that they are hoping that Yevade Subhramanyam reach will be amplified with this re-release.
He dismissed any rumors about Nani and Vijay Deverakonda having unhealthy competition. Nag Ashwin stated that he is hoping for the new generation to find Yevade Subhramanyam again. He also stated that this is appropriate time for the movie to reach more and more people that it did not during its first release.
