The promotional unit of Kabali has left no stone unturned for the promotions, From the launch of a specially featured aircraft to Kabali SIM cards and the usual T-shirts, posters etc, the makers have promoted the movie in a contrasting way.
The government of Tamil Nadu has exempted this movie Kabali free of taxes. Why is Kabali tax-free? Normally the movies with a social message or a patriotic streak are provided tax exemption. As the producer Kalaipuli S Thanu is a close associate and a sincere follower of Tamil Nadu CM- Jayalalitha, the government seems to have given this special excuse.
