Is Siddhu Jonnalagadda getting typecast as Tillu?

Siddhu Jonnalagadda has delivered a cult character for Telugu Cinema with Tillu. His DJ Tillu and Tillu Square, cemented his identity as an actor and a star. There have been concerns about Siddhu doing similar characters like Tillu and in Jack, he seems to be repeating the same, but dialled down.
Jack film makers have released the trailer after some delays on 3rd April. The movie directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, promised to bring a different secret agent story with Siddhu playing the lead role. Major publicity material showcased him trying something different from his previous films.
But the trailer showcases him being in Tillu style character but dialled down from original. He keeps talking continuously and tells what he feels like without filter. While it is funny and interesting to see him in a character who doesn't care about societal norms but his dialogues feel like he is playing another version of Tillu.
The movie might turn out to be much better and fun entertainer but Siddhu could easily be falling into a trap of playing similar character all the time. At the moment, we can say that the trailer is interesting enough to bring audiences to theatres. Even though makers did not create any buzz till date, this can help.
Still, the feeling that Star Boy Siddhu playing similar character to Tillu cannot worn off. BVSN Prasad is producing the film and Vaishnavi Chaitanya is playing the leading lady role. Prakash Raaj is playing most prominent role as mission incharge. Movie is releasing on 10th April.
