Is John Abraham joining SSMB29 movie?

John Abraham has been finding it difficult to deliver a box office success as a lead actor. But he made a great impression as antagonist with Pathaan against Shah Rukh Khan. Now, he might be looking at a lucrative opportunity to play negative lead even in another big Pan-India film.
The latest buzz is that he has been approached by Rajamouli to play a prominent antagonist in his upcoming Mahesh Babu film, SSMB29. As per the reports, Prithviraj Sukumaran is expected to play the antagonist role but then he dropped out due to his other commitments.
The sources claim that Rajamouli has asked bulk call-sheets from Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj while Mahesh will be available for him, whenever he wants till the release. Prithviraj has allotted dates to his L2 Empuraan post production and promotional activities and has many projects which he committed already.
So, Rajamouli has asked John Abraham to join the cast it seems. For now, nothing has been confirmed yet and Bollywood sources have been silent on this development as well. The movie pooja ceremony has been completed recently and the regular shoot could start in April or May.
