on Jan 21, 2025

Mythri Movie Makers produced the big blockbuster film, Pushpa 2 The Rule whereas Dil Raju produced Game Changer and Sankrantiki Vasthunnam. Pushpa 2 makers have stated that the movie has collected over Rs.1830 crores gross worldwide and Sankrantiki Vasthunnam has crossed 200 crores gross worldwide in just 7 days.

Even the Game Changer makers have released that the movie collected Rs.186 crores gross worldwide poster for opening day. Now, Income Tax officials have raided on Dil Raju, his office, family members' houses and Mythri Movie Makers owners Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Yelamanchali and CEO Cherry related offices and houses.

With the IT raids news, social media is debating about Game Changer, Pushpa 2 The Rule collections being fake or original. Several producers, at one instance Dil Raju himself, have admitted to hyping up the figures for publicity. IT officials conducted raids in Dil Raju offices and house in the past as well.

During the time, Dil Raju himself has admitted to hyping up figures for publicity. In Pushpa 2 case, several trade analysts have claimed up to Rs.150-175 crores to having been added to original collections. Seems like IT officials will be checking document proofs for their claims and any discrepencies in IT reporting.

Before any kind of official reports from IT department, fans of other star heroes started trolling Pushpa 2 and Game Changer collections. While no one is talking about Sankrantiki Vasthunnam collections, still the debate has thrown light on hyped up figures vs original box office collections once again. Interesting, isn't it?!
