Ektaa Kapoor clarifies: Not involved in daily operations

Ektaa Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor have been facing allegations under POSCO Act for using minor girls in a sensual scene in Gandi Baat Series Season 6 episode. Mumbai Police have registered the case and social media is filled with #BanALT_Balaji slogans.
Now, the company ALT Entertainment has released an official statement about Ektaa Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor involvement in the case. The company has denied any kind of violations of law upon their part. They stated that they have been compliant to all the laws.
They denied to talk further upon the issue stating it as sub-judice and stated that Ektaa Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor are not involved in day-to-day operations. So, the two bigwigs defence is going to be that they are not involved in creative decisions as their team is overlooking it.
If at all, the company is found guilty, they want to escape using this excuse. Well, we have to wait see how Court will react to the issue and to their defence.
