Dangal Dhamaka In Hong Kong

As we all know Mr Perfectionist actor Aamir Khan’s last movie Dangal was a smashing hit in India and overseas. The movie shocked even trade pundits with humongous show in China where it ended as one of the highest foreign movie grossers of all time. Now, this sport-sdrama film is doing strong business in Honk Kong. Even in its third week, Dangal is raking huge numbers in the country.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal minted HK$ 672,022 on Friday, HK$ 1,240,585 on Saturday and HK$ 1,257,228 on Sunday, taking grand total till date to 18,819,922 [Rs 15.38 cr]. This is massive for a foreign film in Hong Kong. Trade sources say that, the movie is doing decent business on week days as well and it is expected to collect $4 to $5 Million in the country.
Dangal will next release in Japan and Korea. It’s obvious that, this movie is going to do wonders in these countries as well. In fact, buzz is said to be immense on Dangal in Korea and Japan. Let’s wait and see how many records the movie will break in these foreign countries.
