Rain struck Chennai fell into the clutches of floods, leaving 100s of people dead and millions affected. Even for next 2-3 days, deadly rains are going to create much havoc though relief teams have upped their work already. Heroines like Samantha, Shruti Haasan, Regina and others have families there in Chennai while they are shooting in Hyderabad right now.
"I could not even speak with my parents for three days because of the bad network... I've been spending sleepless nights for the past one week! I have so many relatives and friends stuck there; they are suffering! So many people in Chennai don't even have food and water, I feel so guilty!", said Samantha, after attending a charity program in Vijayawada the other day.
Hope the Chennai calamity comes under control soon.
