Charmi Approaches HC Over SIT Investigation

Actress Charmi is supposed to attend SIT investigation on 26th of this month in Tollywood drugs scam. The actress who is presently looking after production works of Puri Jagannadh directing and Balakrishna starring film Paisa Vasool has approached high court alleging the process of SIT investigating is objectionable. The High Court may look after the issue by afternoon today. It will be interesting to see how the court reacts to it.
Charmi alleges that, SIT is taking blood and hair samples without even taking permission from those who are attending the probe. This is against Article 20 Sub Clause 3, claims she. The actress also requested court to permit an advocate to come along with her.
As per Article 20(3) in The Constitution Of India 1949, no person accused of any offense shall be compelled to be a witness against himself/herself.
