DVV Danayya Returns 2.5 Cr To Dil Raju

If reports doing rounds in Film Nagar are anything to go by, Bruce Lee producer DVV Danayya has returned nearly 2.5 crores money to leading producer and distributor Dil Raju. This is in connection with the losses inherited due to the flop show of Ram Charan and Rakul Preet starrer.
Actually producers return money if there is 50% losses to investment of distributors. In the case of Bruce Lee, many distributors and buyers lost only 25% in the final showdown at box office. However, Dil Raju is heard losing 5 crores from Nizam are for which he has bought the rights. As the loss is maximum, Danayya has returned him 2.5 crores of money.
With these pay-back policies in place, finally who is going to lose the money if a film fails?
