Fawad's role chopped off from MS Dhoni biopic

MS Dhoni's biopic 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' is doing great at the box office. It has Sushant Singh Rajput play the role of reel life Dhoni. In the movie we also got to see the moments in Dhoni's early cricket career in which Yuvraj Singh was also a crucial part of. Did you know that apart from that episode, the movie was also supposed to have scenes with Virat Kohli too! But it didnt make it to the big screen. Apparently, Pakistani actor Fawad Khan was playing Indian cricketer Virat Kohli in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story but his role got chopped off right before the release of the film. A source revealed that Fawad was indeed a part of the film and had even shot for his role with the director Neeraj Pandey and Sushant. He further added that Dhoni's equation with Virat Kohli was an integral part of the biopic until a week before the film's release. Fawad's role was supposed to be a surprise for the viewers. But the role was chopped off as a result of the outburst that followed post the ban on Pakistani artistes became a burning debate in the country after the unfortunate Uri attacks.
