Bellamkonda Bags Damarukam UA Rights

Producer Bellamkonda Suresh has acquired the theatrical distribution rights of King Nagarjuna’s ‘Damarukam’ for 2.25 crores for UA territory. Touted to be a socio fantasy entertainer, Damarukam is slated for release on October 12. The movie is by far the big budget film in Nagarjuna’s career. Srinivas Reddy is directing the movie which also has Anushka, Prakash Raj in pivotal roles. RR Venkat is producing Damarukam on RR Movie Makers banner. Devi Sri Prasad is lending the soundtrack. Recently, Bellamkonda has obtained the Telugu rights of Surya’s ‘Duplicate’(Maatran in Tamil) which is also hitting the screens on October 12.
