At the success party of “Temper”, produced by Bandla Ganesh, we’ve seen the standees of Viiking Media erected and Sachin Joshi taking over the show. It is rumoured that he’s the one who funded this Jr NTR and Puri Jagan’s movie when it is in crisis. And here comes the shocking picture now.
The other day Sachin Joshi’s Viiking Media has sent a legal notice to Bandla Ganesh and his Parameshwara Arts accusing them of cheating, cheque bounce and failing to repay loans. A cheating case under Section 420 is filed on Ganesh and his company and a separate case is lodged regarding cheque bounce.
Digging deep into this, we found that Ganesh failed to repay money related to “Nee Jataga Nenundali” (Aashiqi 2 Telugu remake) distribution and also other loans he took for the making of his latest movies. Couple of cheques issued by Ganesh got bounced, further irritating Sachin. Once they looked friends who deeply trust each other, but now green-notes sparked the tensions.
