Exorbitant satellite rights of 'Baahubali'

The eagerly awaited and much hyped film, Baahubali is making more headlines right from the time of its production and now, sale of satellite rights is in process and the talk is that the producers are reportedly quoting too high prices. They are offering the two parts for a figure of Rs 25 crores wherein MAA, Zee and Gemini are vying with each other even as Gemini is eager for grabbing the rights. At the same time MAA is moving quickly by doing some bargaining. Since each part would come to Rs 12.5 crores, it may take a while before channels make some money!
