Anushka was not the first choice for Salman

Anushka Sharma has been receiving a lot of positive talk for her look in the movie Sultan. But now it comes to light that she was not the first choice to act opposite Salman Khan in the film. Sultan’s director Ali Abbas Zafar revealed that they auditioned a lot of fresh faces for this film, but eventually it was decided that one of the current actresses would be better suited for the role. There were strong rumours that producer Aditya Chopra was very keen to cast Parineeti Chopra in the film, and Ali agreed that she was a strong contender. But finally Anushka managed to stun everyone in the role.
