Superstar Rajinikanth's Jailer 2 has become a huge blockbuster in Telugu States. Now, Sithara Entertainments is now gearing up to release another big-ticket Tamil film, Dhanush's OM, in Telugu states. Naga Vamsi is betting good amount on this movie and inside reports suggest he is super confident about it being a hit.

Written and directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, who delivered the blockbuster Amaran, OM features an exciting ensemble led by Dhanush and Malayalam superstar Mammootty. Sai Pallavi, Sreeleela, Naseeruddin Shah and Indrans play prominent roles. OM is releasing on 20th November, worldwide. 

The film is set against the backdrop of the red sanders trade and promises an intense action-driven narrative. Titled OM: Chapter 1 – Udhiram: The Blood Wood, the film brings together Wunderbar Films and RTake Studios, with Dhanush, Shraddha Agrawal and Azmat Jagmag producing it. 

Sai Abhyankkar is composing the music. Already songs and his score for Glimpses have created good hype for the film. While the subject talks about AP Police encounter of Tamil people in Seshachalam forests suspecting them as smugglers of Red Sandalwood, the makers are confident about it connecting with Telugu people, too.
