Adithya is also one of the accused in the mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy bail scam, in which six persons are already in Chanchalguda jail. The six accused in jail are judge Pattabhrama Rao, retd judge Chalapathi Rao, his son Ravichandra, judge Prabhakar Rao, judge Laxminarasimha Rao and rowdy sheeter Yadagiri Rao.
