South Indian ‘Queen’ finalized

Queen, this is one film which fetched Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut with laurels and rewards for the unique role and script. Veteran actor and Tamil producer, Thyagarajan, also the father of actor Prashanth has acquired its remake rights in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. While the names of Trisha, Taapsee, Samantha, Nayanathara were doing rounds all these days, the hot news is that the deal is all set to be finalized with Nithya Menon, as other heroines were not keen on such a role. The filmmakers feel that her popularity in three industries plus her willingness to experiment with such scripts would be apt for her to fit in the role of Queen.
