Nithin To File Defamation Suit On Charmi?

Things are just getting ugly. Though Charmi felt sorry for what she has revealed, hero Nithin and his father distributor-producer Sudhakar Reddy feel that this apology is not potential enough to satisfy them. They are now muling over to move court for a legal action.

It took a shocking turn when hero Nithin confirmed through twitter that he will not be able to work with Puri Jagan due to unavoidable circumstances. Though Puri announced the same film with Varun Tej a day later, people started to discuss reasons about cancellation of Puri-Nithin combination. For everyone, Charmi is the soft-target, as it is mentioned that her arrival as one of producers of this film has annoyed Nithin and hence he walked away. But Charmi slipped out of tongue that Nithin has no money to produce the film so he opted out. Later she said sorry for sharing that, and tendered an apology publicly.

These apologies doesn't seem convince Nithin or his father Sudhakar Reddy as they approached Telugu Film Producers Council to take action on Charmi’s irresponsible statements. Now, they are planning to approach court to file a defamation suit on the hot lady.
