Actress Nayantara is very upset over her break-up with Prabhu Deva these days and is keen to undergo plastic surgery soon to erase the memories of the choreographer, says the buzz. The actress has inked the tattoo named Prabhu Deva in her hand when their love was at peak. It seems, the actress is in all plans to remove the tattoo and recently consulted a famous plastic surgeon for a plastic surgery . On the other side, Prabhu Deva is looking disturbed on his sets with Nayanthara's behavior and this news has hurt him a lot, says sources close to him. Recently, Nayantara has announced her comeback into the films and bagged two projects, one with Nagarjuna and other with Ajith.
