Pachi Pulusu

Ingredients:
Tamarind Pulp
Salt
Tempering Seeds
Green Chilli
Onion
Kothmir
Curry Leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste
Cumin Powder
Sesame Powder
Til Powder
How to make :
Method 1
In a bowl add chopped onions, green chilli, kothmir, curry leaves and salt. Mix all these well and add the tamarind pulp and keep aside. In a pan add oil, tempering seeds & once they start to splatter add the tamarind pulp mixture and mix well. Later add in a serving bowl. Pachi Pulusu is ready.
Method 2
In a bowl add chopped onions, green chilli, kothimir, curry levaes, salt, little sugar, cumin powder, sesame powder, ginger garlic paste. Mix all of them well and add the tamarind pulp. In a pan add oil, tempering seeds & once they start to splatter add the tamarind pulp mixture and mix well. Later add in a serving bowl. Pachi Pulusu is ready.
