Dhokla
Ingradients
* 2 cup Gram flour/ Besan
* 1 cup curd
* 1 cup water
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* One chopped green chilli
* 4-5 Curry leaves
* 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
* 1/4 sesame seeds
* One tbsp white vinegar or juice of lemon
* One tbsp oil
* Desiccated coconut and coriander leaves for garnish
* 1 cup water
Method:
* Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth batter. Add one tsp Eno to it.
* Then grease the moulds pour batter in it. Fill only till the 3/4th of the mould.
* Steam it for 13-15 min. Meanwhile for the tadka, take one tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chili, curry leaves, pinch of salt, water one cup.
* Then add one spoon sugar and juice of one lemon.
* Boil it for 2 mins. Then pour it on dhokla and keep for 3 min garnish with coriander and desicated coconut.
