Carrot Sambharo
(Gujarat Special)
Ingredients:
* Carrots – 4
* Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
* Oil – 3 tsp
* Green chili – 1
* Turmeric powder – a pinch
* Asafetida – a pinch
* Lemon juice – few drops
* Salt – as per your taste
Process:
1. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
2. Add mustard seeds and chopped green chili.
3. Add asafetida and a pinch of turmeric powder and stir.
4. Grate the carrots and add it to the pan.
5. Add salt and fry for few minutes.
6. After 5 minutes off the stove.
7. You can serve it to the guests directly.
