Recover the amount given to Raju: HC

Hyderabad: On Monday, recovery of allowances and pay given to the congress party’s Ex-Minister Satrucherala Vijayarama Raju as MLA has been directed by Justice P Naveen Rao of the High Court of Hyderabad. On a petition which has been field by Nimmaka Jayaraj daring the election, it has been ruled by the High Court of Hyderabad that the former congress minister Vijayarama Raju did not belong to community of scheduled tribe instead he was a Kshatriya and his documents and caste certificates were not real.
