Jagan likely to get bail today?

Finally, CBI appears to be clearing way for Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail. Today, it submitted a Memo in the court declaring that it has completed its investigation on Jagan Mohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets cases. It also told the court that it did not find any evidences of quid-pro deals in Sandoor Power, Carmel Asia, Brahmani Infra tech, PVP Business Ventures, Classic Reality Company, Mantri developers, Saraswati Power and Industries, RR Global Enterprises and Jubilee Media Communications companies.

However, CBI said these companies have violated some FERA norms and regulations. So, CBI is going to handover its reports to ED and IT departments recommending appropriate action on these companies.

CBI has made it clear that its investigation on Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases is completed. The CBI court is going to declare its decision on Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail today. Since, the CBI has completed its investigation and told the court and its latest statement may create a positive atmosphere for Jagan.
