The Infosys campus of Mysore wants to prove something to the world. They want to build something that would represent their discipline and perfection. What else could beat a clock to symbolize the traits like perfection! So they have chosen to build world’s largest clock tower at a height of… 443 feet! That would be far more taller than any other clock tower in the world. The tallest clock tower at present is 300 feet high. It’s at Birmingham in the UK. Infosys is going to spend almost 70 crores to build the clock tower. It would take around two years to complete the tower and of course… the clock at the top is going to be a digital one! But it’s not sure whether it would chime for every hour, unlike other clock towers. May be it won’t! Because that would disturb the employees in the campus.
