Can the high court be influenced by CMs?

TRS MP Kavita blames Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for not co-operating with Telangana government for dividing the high court. Speaking in the Lok Sabha today, she alleges that Chandrababu Naidu is trying to control the Telangana state through judicial system. TDP MPs have strongly condemned her allegations.

Earlier, TRS MP Vinod Kumar also has made similar allegations against Chandrababu Naidu. He said that Chandrababu Naidu is not co-operating for bifurcation of the high court as he fears losing grip on the judicial system. They both may know that they are stating the high court is working under his influence and prejudice towards Telangana. They may be trying to project Chandrababu Naidu as sinner in this matter so as to distance the people of Telangana from TDP in Telangana state. But they should realize that they are questioning the authenticity of the high court and its judgment in this regard.
