GHMC is taken to court by HPS

Hyderabad: On Monday, the court was approached by the Hyderabad Public School’s management with regard to impingement of the land of the school, which is located at Begumpet, by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The vice chairman of HPS, Mr Gusti J Noria said on this context that, contempt of petition had been filed by the school against Greater for impinging the land of the school illegally, adding “A stay order has been passed on the issue by the High Court of Hyderabad and the actions of the authorities are nothing but the violation of the directions of the court.”
