FM Jaitley approves only Rs.400 crores for Hudhud affected AP?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s immediate visit to Hudhud cyclone hit areas has sharply raised the hopes for an immediate relief and he declares Rs.1000 crores for relief operations during his visit. However, it was not released till now despite several reminders from the ruling TDP government. AP government has assessed the loss occurred is around Rs. 21,640.63 crores but asked the Centre to sanction only Rs.9, 278.41 crores. So, it is to be understood that the amount granted by Modi is more than expected. But, a latest news report reveals that Finance Minister Arun Jaitli has approved Rs.400 crores only. If so, will the NDA government release balance amount in a later period or it would be one-time payment? Let Modi government spell his stand.
