BJP keen to form Delhi government

Once again, Delhi state government came into focus after Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung has sent a note to President Pranab Mukharji asking permission to invite the single largest party-BJP to form the government at Delhi. Nevertheless, he is reported to be initiated this move upon ruling NDA government’s instructions.

BJP believes has 28 MLA seats out of 72 seats in the Delhi state Assembly. It is quite confident to bag the support of five MLAs, but not discloses who and from which party they are. Congress and Aam Admi parties cry foul on BJP’s move and demanding for fresh elections. Aam Admi party is arguing that BJP is indulged in horse trading of its MLAs and is encouraging them to jump the wall.
