Not Even A Week, Mahesh Entered 50 Club!!

Rather tough to believe, but official figures released do claim that Superstar Mahesh Babu’s latest flick “Srimanthudu” has collected 50 crores share from box office just in 5 days of run at box office. When happening theatres are running with 50% occupancy rates, it’s really a big surprise to see where these 50 crores have come from.
Films like Magadheera, Attarintiki Daredi, Race Gurram, S/o Satyamurthy have worked real hard to enter into a 50 crores “share” club. It’s only Baahubali that entered this zone rather easily because of the gigantic release it got.
Srimanthudu is however a regular commercial movie released in same number of theatres that of an Attarintiki or S/o Satyamurthy, but made it to 50 crores in 5 days. Analysts say that all these collections of Mahesh Babu’s movie never looked believable. Even if ticket prices are increased, entering 50 crore ‘share’ club such sooner isn’t possible. Only Mahesh’s producers know the truth about these bloated numbers.
