Salman Khan surprises special fan

Salman Khan is said to have a heart of gold and he proved it yet again that he cares for his fans. The superstar surprised a visually impaired fan by paying him a visit on the sets of a reality TV show. Touched by his gesture, Jugpreet Bajwa,his fan said, "He just walked in and whispered in my ear and hugged me tight. I was so shocked and happy that I just took his blessings. I am on top of the world having met Salman Khan. I felt special, that among everyone else, he chose to meet me"
