Why Powerstar Makes Fun Of Himself?
on Jun 23, 2015
We are talking about Tamil Powerstar Vijay who has this fascination towards reamking various hit films from other languages into Kollywood.
Super hit films like Pokiri, Okkadu, Bodyguard (Malayalam) are some of the remakes Vijay has in his kitty. When it comes to experimenting with original stories, some sort of combination is lacking from this top hero.
For example, let us take movies like Nanban (3 Idiots Remake) and now epic warrior film “Puli”. Both of them have Vijay looking in similar way. From hairstyle to facial expressions, there is no change in his body language and even in dances. It looks like the same Vijay changing costumes for every other flick.
Especially the warrior look in “Puli” is so disappointing that his hairdo and beard are pretty much the same from his previous flick. Even there is no change in his physical avatar. When star heroes out here are crushing their bodies in gym for masculine look, what makes Vijay to make fun with such pale frame for a warrior? This is leading to fans of other heroes making fun of him on social networks.
Obviously no one supports those anti-fans, but seriously some commitment regarding looks in a movie is missing from Powerstar. Isn’t it?
