“There are some never before kind of action sequences in our film, which only Bruce Lee would be doing in fact. All those sequences will get you remember him, so we picked up this title as a tribute to him. I also got his face mage tattooed on my hand too”, said Charan, in an interview.
Well, this is about his latest movie “Bruce Lee” that is being directed by Sreenu Vytla and having Rakul Preet Singh in the lead. Will wearing a Bruce Lee tatoo and composing couple of fights in Bruce Lee style will become a tribute to him? This is what Tollywood thinks all the time.
How could a commercial film become a tribute to such a legend? Having one fight sequence will not be a tribute Mr Charan, but making a film on KungFu or Karate will become a tribute. Commercial films with songs, masala and comedy will not become tributes. Many hardcore fans of Bruce Lee are saying that Charan’s words are like jokes. What do you think guys?
