There were times when most of Sharwanand's films had failed at the box office. With the exception of Gamyam, there was no single film that made a mark in the minds of audiences although his choice of scripts was always appreciated.
Then, Run Raja Run happened which gave Sharwanand a big surprise hit. These days Sharwanand’s films are followed closely by young audiences.
And his latest film Malli Malli Idi Raani Roju has earned the tag of ‘feel good’ film with a particular audience watching it in theatres. The time is ripe for Sharwa to quickly comeback with a hit to sustain the momentum.
