Veg Cutlet




Boiled potatoes                                     - 4
Blanched mixed vegetables                - 2 cups
Dry bread crumbs                                 - 1/4 cup
Gram flour                                              - 2 tsp
Garlic paste                                           - 1 tsp
Green chilly paste                                 - 1 tsp.
Red chilly powder                                 - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder                                   - 1/4 tsp.
Coriander powder                                 - 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala                                      - 1 tsp.
Chat masala                                          - 1 tsp.
Dry mango powder                               - 1/2 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.  
Chopped green coriander         - 1/2 cup.
salt to taste


First in a bowl take boiled potatoes and blanched vegetables and mash them. Heat some oil in pan and add garlic paste, chilly paste and all spices. Saute for just a while and immediately add it into mashed vegetables. Also add dry bread crumbs, gram flour, salt, sugar, dry mango powder, chat masala and coriander leaves in it. Mix everything nicely.

And make cutlets out of it of your desired size and shape. Shallow fry them on a pan with help of little oil till it gets golden brown color on both the sides. Serve hot with ketchup.
