Healthy Oats Beetroot Pancake




* 1 cup oats

* 1 cup curd

* 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

* 1 tsp Green chillies and coriander paste

* 1/2 cup boiled peas

* Juice of one beetroot

* Oil



First dry roast the oats and grind them into powder.  To this add curd, and keep aside for half an hour. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chillies coriander paste and also the boiled peas. Add two tsp oil and salt according to taste. To this add the juice and mix it well. Now on a non stick pan pour the mixture and cook the pan cake on slow flame till it becomes crisp. Serve it hot with a chutney of your choice.
