Healthy Guava Kheer




2 - Guava
1/2 litre - Milk
1 cup - Sugar
1 tsp - Cardamom powder
1 tsp - nutmeg powder
2 tbsp grated paneer
2 tbsp grated mawa
Dry fruits for garnishing


First deseed the guava and grate it. Now blanch it and keep it aside. Boil the milk and add Gauava and cook it on low flame. When milk is getting reduced add Paneer and mama to it. After a couple of minutes add sugar to it. After the sugar is dissolved, add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and garnish with dry fruits and serve it hot.
