Revanth Reddy to hold press meet

TDP MLA Revanth Reddy will hold press meet in his Kondagal constituency on Friday. Media has received messages and phone calls from his office about his press meet. If so, this is first time he is addressing the media after coming from jail. However, it is not known whether he is conducting this press meet with the consent of party high command or on his own. If, he got party permission for his press meet, certainly it would be a strategic move to revamp the party situation in the state. Otherwise, it would be merely intended to target the TRS government and its Chief Minister KCR.

If so, it would provide another opportunity to the Telangana government to book fresh cases against him for one reason or the other. He may complain that Telangana CM KCR has conspired against him for questioning him and his government. He may also announce his future course of politics as there were speculations in the media that he may quit his MLA seat and seek re-election from the same constituency. TDP MLA Rajendar Reddy is also likely to participate in the press meet along with him.
