Monsoon Lakme Fashion Week  

Get ready for some action on the Fashion ramps this Monsoon August.The Lakme Fashion Week 2014- Monsoon event will be back in Mumbai this August but it's moving to a whole new location! From its usual location at  Grand Hyatt hotel in Santacruz, LFW has decided to shift to a more central Mumbai location at the Lower Parel's Palladium Hotel.

The five-day event will be conducted  from August 20-24, 2014, will span the massive 8th and 9th floors of the mid-town hotel, which opened last year as quoted by Saket Dhankar, head of fashion at IMG Reliance, one of the partners of fashion week . A proposed smaller ramp for new but unrecognized designers will be sponsored by Jabong.
