Samantha To Have Her ‘Bangalore Days’

In the recent times, not any flick would have got such a serious hype if not “Bangalore Days”. This is a Malayalam movie with Bangalore backdrop and it was supposed to get remade in both Telugu and Tamil. There are multiple reasons for this film getting delayed, one being the breakup of Siddharth and Samantha, the original cast, while other one is the rift between producers Dil Raju and PVP.
After Sid-Sam have broke up, future of this remake was in shambles as Dil Raju hasn’t showed interest in Telugu version remake. But PVP is going ahead with Tamil remake under Bommarillu Bhaskar’s direction with Arya, Rana, Sridivya, Simha and Lakshmi Rai as the lead cast. It is publicised that Nitya Menon was supposed to reprise her role in the original again, but finally Samantha is back on board. It is being said that PVP offered a mindblowing sum to Samantha, which she can’t deny.
