Nandamuri Balakrishna and Shriya Saran starred Gautamiputra Satakarni established a formidable South Indian record for historical genre films by doing Rs77 cr business completing 50 days run in theaters.
GPSK is the only feature film to have done such huge business and the success is more memorable because Satakarni achieved this on milestone 100th film for Balakrishna. Director Krish’s vision to narrate the story of unsung Telugu warrior enhanced the respect for Telugu people in the whole world.
