Mahesh describes Rao Bahadur as a film "where drama meets magic," setting the tone for what appears to be an imaginative psychological drama. His voice-over reveals that the story follows a man who is diagnosed with a terminal illness and is expected to die, but continues to live. As fear, self-doubt and an inferiority complex consume him, he creates a world of his own, blurring the lines between reality and imagination.

The new footage also showcases Satyadev in multiple looks, hinting at the different emotional and psychological stages of his character.
