Updated : Jul 1, 2026

The upcoming action film Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has released a new promotional video titled ‘Ladies & Ladies’, shifting the focus toward its female cast. While the project is primarily fronted by actor Yash, this latest teaser dedicates its runtime to highlighting the characters played by Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi.

Rather than relying on standard action sequences, the video uses a female voice-over to establish a dark, rebellious atmosphere. The brief glimpses of the actresses suggest they will occupy substantial, complex roles within the film's gritty setting, moving away from conventional supporting parts. To reinforce the mature rating implied by its title, the promo also features a tongue-in-cheek disclaimer strongly advising against viewership by children.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas and produced by KVN Productions alongside Monster Mind Creations, the film is attempting to build a broader, character-driven universe. Shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, the project is slated for a theatrical release on August 26, 2026, with dubbed versions planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
