Onion Chicken Curry

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Chicken 
Onions
Yogurt
Coriander leaves
Tomatoes
Green chillies
 Ginger
Garlic
Coriander
cumin powder
red chilly
Black pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Lemon juice, Butter or oil
Salt
coriander leaves

 

Preparation :

Take the chicken pieces and add the yogurt and the coriander paste, onion rings and marinate for an hour in a tightly covered heavy-bottomed pan.

After that cook it on medium level for about 12 minutes or till the chicken is almost cooked.

Then add the clarified butter or oil and the rest of the ingredients and fry on low level for about 6 minute or till the chicken is fully tenderized and well coated with the gravy. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
