TAMA members, as of November 15, 2011 are invited  to  a General Body Meeting (GBM) on November 19, 2011.

The purpose of this GBM is mainly to make appropriate changes to the current TAMA constitution and bylaws as given below -

1. Changes to Articles III, IV, VI, VIII, IX and XVII

2. Addition of a new section called Guidelines.

In order to come up with a list of up-to date current TAMA members for GBM, the Executive Committee and Board decided to use a membership cutoff date of November 15, 2011.

If quorum is not met at this GBM a second GBM will be scheduled at later date, whose details will be anounced next week.
